Terms and Conditions of the Skórnik-Styl Online Store

§1 General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the Online Store operated at www.skornikstyl.pl.

1.2. The online store operating at www.skornikstyl.pl (hereinafter referred to as the Skórnik-Styl Online Store) is operated by Jadwiga Zyza, conducting business activity under the name "Skórnik-Styl", registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, NIP: 9461139060, REGON: 431214115 (hereinafter referred to as “Skórnik-Styl”).

1.4. The Terms and Conditions of the Skórnik-Styl Online Store are continuously available on the website www.skornikstyl.pl in a manner that allows Customers to access, reproduce, and store their content. The Terms and Conditions are also made available to Customers prior to concluding a contract.

§2 Definitions

2.1. Consumer – a natural person within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code.

2.2. Entrepreneur acting as a consumer – a natural person who enters into a contract directly related to their business activity, but from the content of the contract it follows that it does not have a professional character for that person, in particular resulting from the subject of the business activity disclosed in CEIDG (Central Register and Information on Economic Activity).

2.3. Product – an item available in the Online Store, which may be: (1) a movable item (including a movable item with digital elements), (2) digital content, or (3) a service (including digital and non-digital services), being the subject of a Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller.

§3 Rules of Using the Online Store

3.1. All prices in the Online Store are gross prices expressed in Polish zlotys (PLN) and do not include VAT, as the Seller is not a VAT payer.

3.2. The Seller may use discount codes authorizing the purchase of Products with the discount specified on the coupon. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

3.3. Placing an order in the Skórnik-Styl Online Store requires acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

§5 Payment Methods and Deadlines

5.1. The following payment methods are available in the Skórnik-Styl store:

bank transfer to the Seller’s account,
online payment via payment systems such as Tpay, DotPay, PayU, PayPal, Przelewy24, BLIK.

5.2. After placing an order, the Customer receives by email the bank account number to which the payment should be made. Once the payment is credited to the Seller’s account, the order is processed.

§6 Delivery

6.1. Ordered Products are delivered only within the territory of the Republic of Poland to the address indicated by the Customer in the order form.

6.2. The delivery time of the Products is between 2 and 10 working days. The Seller will make every effort to ensure that the delivery time corresponds with the estimated time specified on the product page in the Online Store.

§7 Right of Withdrawal

7.1. A Consumer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 calendar days without giving any reason and without incurring any costs.

§8 Complaints

8.1. The basis and scope of the Seller’s liability towards the Customer are defined by the applicable laws and the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

§9 Rules for Publishing Reviews

9.1. The Seller allows Customers to publish reviews about Products on the Online Store’s website. Reviews must be written in Polish and in accordance with the rules of correct language usage.

§10 Personal Data

10.1. The Seller is the Administrator of personal data.

10.2. The principles of personal data protection are defined in the Privacy Policy of the Skórnik-Styl Online Store, available at https://skornikstyl.pl/privacy-policy.

§11 Final Provisions

11.1. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions for valid reasons. Any changes shall take effect within the period specified by the Seller, not shorter than 7 days.

11.2. The amended Terms and Conditions shall be binding on the Customer if the requirements set out in Articles 384 and 384[1] of the Civil Code have been met, i.e., the Customer has been properly notified of the changes and has not terminated the contract within 14 days of receiving the notification.
